Welcome to GameCrush! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile games, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any GameCrush game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

GameCrush is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All games, content, features, graphics, designs, text, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available through the Services are owned by or licensed to GameCrush and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission from GameCrush.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some GameCrush games may include optional in-app purchases and subscription-based features.

By making an in-app purchase or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

   -  In-app purchases are one-time charges, while subscriptions are recurring charges billed on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other       periodic basis, as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase

   -  Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal

   -  You may manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device’s app store account settings

   -  All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or permitted by       the app store’s policies

   -  Pricing, billing, payment processing, renewals, and refunds are handled by your device’s app store
      (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store)

   -  GameCrush does not control refund decisions made by third-party app stores

Parental approval may be required for purchases or subscriptions made by minors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

   -  Uses cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or unauthorized automation software

   -  Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

   -  Interferes with, disrupts, or damages the Services or servers

   -  Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

   -  Uploads, posts, or shares content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. GameCrush collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA and other applicable laws.

8. Termination

GameCrush reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameCrush shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

GameCrush may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the Services or on our official website.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
